Job Context:
∎ Big Boss Washing Limited, a concern under APTECH Group having state-of-the-art Washing Plant with sustainable biological plant management system for readymade garments with internationally reputed buyers in the Europe and Australia. We are searching for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential, versatile professional for the above-mentioned position.
∎ Job Location : Gazipur (Kashimpur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall production and related jobs of a highly sophisticated garments washing factory (90,000 pcs/day capacity).
∎ Ensure smooth execution of production in the factory as per the buyers' specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the job target
∎ Make overall production plans on regular basis
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
∎ Critical Balancing based on the requirement from buyer and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the both wet and dry process.
∎ Coordinate with various departments and woven production units to ensure that the inputs are arranged well in advance
∎ Monitor and provide guidance to Quality Assurance Department to ensure the required standard.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirement
∎ Monitor and provide guidance to Finishing Department to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 year(s), 5 years with similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Woven Garments Production, QA, Laundry Floor Management, Buyer Audit, Inspection, Compliance Requirement, Floor HR, IE operation, Recruitment, Intentional Business, RMG Supply Chain, Store Management, Trims Procurement etc.
