Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage assigned operations and development activities of job functions within the accessories business to meet short and long-term goals to satisfy the stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for capacity booking for various section viz.
∎ Poly (PP, PE, HDPE, BOPP)
∎ Elastic / Twill tape / Drawstring
∎ Offset print
∎ Sewing Thread
∎ Printed Label
∎ Placement print
∎ Gum Tape
∎ Effective Product costing to procure feasible export orders from globally reputed customers.
∎ Able to handle Inventory management such as EOQ & Re-order level.
∎ Well conversant to design all activities concerning production planning and control
∎ Excellent communication, technical & conceptual skills in the relevant field.
∎ Continually monitor results achieved in relation to planned goals, and undertake necessary corrective action to achieve the desired results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10-15 years' experience in Trims & Accessories project. (At least 5 years' experience as Head of Operations)
∎ Mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Mentality to work for long time.
∎ Excellent leadership quality.
∎ Good communication skill.
