Experience:

• At least 10 years

• B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BUET.

• At least 10 years

• Age At least 45 years

• The applicants should have experience in Cement Manufacturing Industries.

• 10 Years in Relevant field and post.

• Capable of self driven in planning, processing, reviewing and implementing all necessary decision.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Ensure smooth production and operations to meet the target in timely manner.
• Monitor the day- to- day operations and other activities of all departments.
• Forecast Production volumes in compliance with Sales, Logistics and Quality
• Ensure availability of raw materials, spare parts.
• Ensure all departmental work is going on according to internal control system set by the management.
• Capable of Planning, programming testing, reviewing and implementing new concept, techniques and method and procedure to achieve better Production performance so as to achieve the company’s goal with an effective efficient and timely manner
• Ensure maintenance of all machineries, equipment, installations and transports of the factory are done smoothly according to preplanned and within schedule time without interruption other schedule works.
• Ensure overall safety and security at factory premises.
• Prepare production report and analyses of Productivity and calculate production loss.
• Preparation of MIS on daily weekly and Monthly basis
• Prepare variance analysis with plan. Target and budget and explain causes of variance.
• Safeguarding the company’s Assets at factory premises.
• Ensure equipment optimum performance in order to meet the targeted production.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
• And responsible for others activities related with Plant Improvement.
