• Should have analytical skill .

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective engagement with farmers and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of time on inputs of seeds, fertilizer, and pesticides to contract growers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits and provide technical support to contract growers.

• Ensure the quality of crop production.

• As per company rules.
