Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the overall operations, production and quality management of the entire factory from planning to delivery.
∎ Liaise with buyers on operations, compliance, technical issue, quality management, audit and final inspection.
∎ Reports to owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
∎ Coordinate with the development and implementation of corrective actions effectively .
∎ Directly communicates with owner for any special instruction regarding factory improvement implementation.
∎ Ensure effective internal controls and management information systems are in place;
∎ Knowledge of IE is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in same position.

Salary: Negotiable
