Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and merchandising, Order sourcing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement sourcing strategy for procuring orders to fill capacity regularly.
∎ Identify new sourcing opportunities, and should be capable of new business development & promotion with new buyers.
∎ Provide costing and pricing of the garments and complete negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Strong ability on supply chain/backward linkage management.
∎ Complete order tracking from tech-pack receipt to shipment.
∎ Regular/ Periodic reporting to management.
∎ Overall Management capacity of entire merchandising activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in multinational or local garments buying house/ sourcing house/manufacturing company in which minimum 7 years as Head of Sourcing position.
∎ The applicant must be experienced in: Sourcing, Marketing, Merchandising etc.
∎ Knowledge on production process, quality assurance system and compliance.
∎ Must be sincere in information sharing & transparency.
∎ English communication abilities are a must .
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced and highly deserving candidates.
