∎ Graduated in Computer Science/any Related Degree from any Private/Public University.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 15 years’ experience in IT Development, IT Enable Services, or Trading sectors
∎ Proven experience in monitoring and supervising strategic and business plans in IT and Trading businesses
∎ Strong understanding of IT development plans and the concepts of IT Enable Services
∎ Experience working with Japanese management and familiarity with Japanese corporate culture and expectations
∎ Proficient in English business communication
∎ Experience working in Japan and within Japanese business environments
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills with customers in the sales or service industry
∎ Japanese language proficiency (N1 Certification required)
∎ Experience managing development teams is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute plan, design and develop complete Information Technology programs and systems for various activities and projects, database, and disseminate approved information about systems and configure programs developed for International clients, program partners, donors, and other stakeholders., coordination with the foreign clients and facilitating the in-house IT development teams;
∎ Communicate and Report to Brand Cloud Inc., Head Office (Japan) about ongoing or prospective IT Development Projects & Trading Business in Bangladesh;
∎ Monitor the comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of the goal of the company by cost-effective planning and execution of activities.
∎ Japanese language proficiency (N1 Certification required)
