Job Context

We are looking for interested candidates as General Manager for M/S YRC as Automobile Workshop who has initiative, experience in the following sector, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Job Location:

Plot-004, Road-405, Sector-1, Purbachal New Town Project

(Near at 300feet / also as Jolshiri Abason)

Responsibilities:

The following job duties are general requirements and are not to be considered all-inclusive;

Strategic Leadership and Implementation:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company goals, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Expected to design and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals, especially in areas like brand management, operations, or administration.

Operational Oversight:

  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently, and improving processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing senior management and their teams, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring high performance.
  • Responsible for training and mentoring staff, especially field forces or junior executives.

Market Analysis:

  • Conducts competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, often tied to product analysis or promotional campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Coordinates with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clients, and internal teams to align business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Financial Oversight:

  • Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and making decisions that impact the company's financial health.

Event & Campaign Management:

  • Organizes seminars, conferences, and meetings to support marketing or operational goals.
