Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform scheduled/ preventive/ break down maintenance of continuous process machinery such electrical & electro-mechanical machineries inside the factory including, Dyeing, Knitting, Garments, Washing, Printing, Generator, Boiler, Compressor, WTP, ETP and fire hydrant, and fire alarming system handling.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of old and new machinery.
∎ Lead & direct due diligence efforts with internal team, local jurisdictions, and external consultants and supervise the all-work activities are on schedule and within budget.
∎ Execute timely operational plans and align the team to achieve departmental goals. Plan and supervise schedule maintenance of process machinery and related to other machineries.
∎ Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials. Submit annual/monthly budget for Maintenance purpose of Maintenance Dept. Co-ordinate with Production dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Support purchase team by providing technical information and making sure all equipment, tools, spare parts are right condition.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the maintenance department.
∎ Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.
∎ Analyze Energy consumption according to machine to take plan for reduce, reuse and recycle the energy for sustainable consumption.
∎ To make plan to increase the sustainability index of the factory.
∎ Checks the repair and maintenance of all electrical distribution and switching systems.
∎ Vast Knowledge about ACCORD & RSC Requirements and rules regulations and audit facing.
∎ Implementing company safety rules, regulations & standard operating procedures with compliance team for any kind of audit.
∎ Lead the Maintenance, electrical and Mechanical department of Modele Group.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management in future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills required: Maintenance, Strong leadership and team leading skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Garments, Textile.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations
∎ Communication and leadership skill is mandatory.
∎ Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player.
