Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smart, Presentable & Energetic and confident enough to represent company and its products and services in Trading Market.
∎ Proven experience as a General Manager in Lighting, Accessories Business in Trading Market along with Distribution Channel.
∎ Need to understand the business / return on investment very well and explain it to customer as well as motivate them.
∎ Conduct regular meeting with retailers, electrician and other stake holders for product promotion.
∎ Having experience in Developing and Maintaining Distribution channel in other FMCG product will be encourage to apply.
∎ Work closely with the Divisional Head, Distribution, Production and Procurement Department to trigger sales and timely availability of Product.
∎ Monitor and supervise multiple team and lead a group of Marketing Professional and set their objective which align with Company Objective.
∎ Develop & monitor the operations plan to achieve sales objectives.
∎ Eager and ready to take the challenges to meet the given sales target to attain company objective.
∎ Explore and develop new business opportunities and new places for business expansion in Trading Market.
∎ Able to prepare monthly sales & Collection report and report to Management.
∎ Plan periodical extensive visits to the distributors and responsible to develop new Distribution Channel in New Area.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches as well as promotional campaign.
∎ Any other official task given by Supervisor
∎ SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Energy Saving Lights, Accessories, Transformers, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young, energetic and dynamic Marketing & Sales leader for its sister concern SQ Lights Ltd. who will be able to trigger sales with own creative presentation efficiently and effectively and maintain distribution network around the country. He must have to be and does have Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills. A sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
