• Strong knowledge of international board paper markets, export marketing strategies and global distribution channels.

• Excellent understanding of Art Card, Duplex Board, packaging materials, printing applications and industrial paper products.

• Sound knowledge of export procedures, LC operations and international trade regulations.

• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.

• Well-established professional network with international board paper buyers, importers, distributors and trading companies will be highly preferred.

Position Purpose

To lead and manage the export sales and international business development operations of Jamuna Paper Mills Ltd., driving sustainable export growth and expanding the global market presence of the company's board paper products. The role is responsible for developing international markets, establishing strategic relationships with overseas buyers, distributors and importers, managing export operations, and achieving export sales targets. The incumbent will play a key role in promoting Art Card, Duplex Board and other board paper products in international markets while ensuring smooth export documentation, Letter of Credit (LC) management and compliance with international trade regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall export sales and international marketing operations for Art Card, Duplex Board and other board paper products.

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly export revenue and volume targets.

• Identify, develop and expand new international markets, distributors, importers and strategic business partners.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with overseas customers, importers, traders, converters, packaging manufacturers and paper distributors.

• Develop long-term export business plans and market penetration strategies for targeted international markets.

• Conduct international market research to identify customer requirements, pricing trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.

• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, business forums and trade missions to promote Jamuna Paper Mills Ltd. and expand global business networks.

• Negotiate international sales contracts, pricing, commercial terms and long-term supply agreements with overseas customers.

• Coordinate with Commercial, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Shipping departments to ensure timely execution of export orders.

• Manage export documentation including Letters of Credit (LC), export contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other commercial documents.

• Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection agencies and government authorities for smooth export operations.

• Maintain strong business relationships with local board paper importers, international trading companies and commercial partners to explore export and cross-border business opportunities.

• Analyze export sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, business reports and market intelligence for Management.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
