Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervising proper recipe preparation, modification and selection of combination for dyes stuff.
∎ Responsible for supervising shade matching by using spectrophotometer run with Data color & color tools software.
∎ Responsible for supervising production planning and dyeing program.
∎ Responsible for cost analysis and check costing for production.
∎ Responsible for supervising from sample to bulk delivery.
∎ Responsible for supervise the procedure for dyeing and finishing.
∎ Responsible for supervise with marketing team for scheduling the priority basis production.
∎ Responsible for supervising plan for weekly and monthly to inform the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 Years working experience in any of the reputed Knit dyeing factory and must have the experience of 5/7 Years as a head of the dyeing doing business with world-class customers/brands overall functions for renowned branded buyers.
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally accepted Quality Standard.
∎ A very good familiarity with the compliance requirements of world-famous customers and meeting their requirements.
∎ Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery.
∎ Excellent communication skills. A fair command over English is essential and ability to mix up in a cosmopolitan environment is a must.
∎ Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
∎ Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
