Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare daily operation and line layout.
∎ Preparing Line balancing.
∎ Work on time, capacity, production study.
∎ Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level.
∎ Follow up the operator's performance.
∎ Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors.
∎ Able to plan Monthly Capacity Allocation, Pre-production activity Schedule, TNA, Shipment Schedule.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments/teams to obtain required specifications/details timely. Reserve plant capacities to prepare production plans considering customer required to ensure delivery.
∎ Timely update and maintain authentic production figures and style reconciliation details by coordinating with relevant departments to provide accurate information for post-order job profitability analysis and production reports.
∎ Schedule/attend relevant meetings with Production and Merchandising to discuss/verify related issues and determine the effective resolutions to prepare and maintain a detailed plan and make sure the plan is secured in advance to ensure undisputed production flow.
∎ Able to do planning by considering local and international law on working hours and ensure the best planning by following our customer's requirements.
