∎ Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
∎ Coordinate recruitment throughout the company by proper management of a recruitment team/HR team. And ensure the right person is in a right place.
∎ Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
∎ Maintain relationship with stakeholders both inside & outside of the organization.
∎ Handle company branding.
∎ Developing SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for the organization and ensure its execution.
∎ Supervise training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement from department heads. Manage costs to budget.
∎ Setting policies relating to employees' compensation and benefit packages.
∎ Developing plans for employees' performance management, supervise and monitor
∎ performance appraisal process, motivation, reward, and punishment actions.
∎ Supervise an effective succession plan for all departments.
∎ To oversee the factories preparation regarding different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, H & M COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
∎ Over See the entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ Prepare job description of employees.
∎ Communicate with BTMA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Responsible for all Human Resource & Administration related activities;
∎ Design HR policies, procedures & updating of Organogram of MFL.
∎ Able to build up an HR team that can support different types of business in a diverse conglomerate
∎ Able to perform a sound balance between analysis and action;
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor law & various compliance related issues;
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, Termination, Dismissal Compensation, Disciplinary Action, etc.
∎ To coordinate the Recruitment Procedures & formalities;
∎ To ensure Performance Review periodically;
∎ Capable of thinking strategic, especially in using the HR function to help the Group to achieve its business objective;
∎ Understand the importance of building a strong and progressive culture to create a dynamic work environment;
∎ Supervision of Recruitment, Training, Promotion and other HR related works;
∎ To review Department wise cost effectiveness;
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.;
∎ To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization;
∎ Provide day-to-day advice and consultation to top management, HODs, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Must have at least 05 Years experience as GM (HR & Admin) in Group of Companies.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Candidates having minimum 20 years ( 2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR related issues of export oriented Textile Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have proven leadership quality & be result oriented
∎ Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Strong track record in managing an HR Department in a competitive and high performance organization;
∎ Have a track record of successfully positioning an HR Department to prepare for changing / challenging trends;
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic & have good personality and integrity, possess high level of correspondence and analytical ability;
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self driven, self motivated and will deliver the best to the Company;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivation skills.
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used Microsoft Office.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
