Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to Line Manager in the Recruitment & Selection of workers in the factory.
∎ Daily attendance management (Attendance report, leave posting, verification/monitoring of OT work, follow up with absenteeism & reduce absenteeism).
∎ Daily floor visit to monitor discipline, housekeeping, Safety & other compliance / IR Issues.
∎ Arrange & Conduct orientation & training.
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective ESH Management.
∎ Ensure compliance-related issues.
∎ Updated record-keeping (Personal files and all HRM-related data, documents).
∎ Any other HR / Compliance / IR or related jobs as per the guidance of HR Manager.
