Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The GM must be from Quality department background and have maintenance experience.
∎ The GM must have very good technical knowledge to improve yarn quality by helping every department’s foreman to fine-tune the machinery settings accurately, according to the type and quality of raw material being used.
∎ Kindly apply for the job only if the candidate has technical knowledge to directly help and work closely with all machinery department’s foreman to improve quality of yarn and reduce thick, thin, neps etc.
∎ Must achieve production target and aim to increase production by identifying areas of production loss and by reducing wastage.
∎ Perform all other basic duties of a GM such as production planning, forecasting, costing, floor administration etc.
