Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Management, Agriculture, Fisheries, or Poultry).

• Higher education (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience, especially in a reputed company in the Feed Industry (Fish or Poultry).

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles (GM).--

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strategic thinker, result-oriented, and highly motivated.

• Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

• Lead and manage all business operations to achieve company goals.

• Develop strategic plans for sales, marketing, production, and distribution.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and distributors.

• Supervise senior management team including RSMs and ASMs.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

• Drive growth initiatives and new business opportunities.
