Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Fisheries, Poultry, or Business Studies).

• Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Feed Industry (Fish or Poultry).

• Experience as ASM or RSM is preferred.

• Motorcycle is mandatory.

• Strong leadership & team management skills.

• Excellent communication & negotiation ability.

• Target-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated.

• Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets through effective team management.

• Develop and expand dealer & retailer networks.

• Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper coverage.

• Supervise and guide the sales team for better performance.

• Maintain regular communication with dealers, distributors & management.

• Collect market information and analyze competitors’ activities.

• Implement sales promotion plans to achieve company goals.

• Prepare sales reports and ensure timely collection of dues.

• Work jointly with RSM to execute company strategies.

• ASM: Description Amount (BDT) Basic Salary 28,000
