Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
∎ Engineering with MBA Degree will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will work as Head of Sales and Marketing department of the company and will be responsible for the following duties-
∎ Lead a group of sales personnel.
∎ Overall monitoring and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Preparation and implementation of sales plan of the company.
∎ Formulation of sector wise yearly sales budget of the company.
∎ Conduct marketing research and define potential market segment for the existing/new products of the company.
∎ Responsible for business development in local and international market in changing economic situation of the market.
∎ Assist logistics and supply chain management in formulation of procurement plan and material sourcing.
∎ Monitoring team's performance and motivating team members to reach individual target.
∎ Develop and establish customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management and technical assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.

∎ Age 45 to 50 years
