Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales budget and achieve set target accordingly.
∎ Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities as well as meet his own target.
∎ Make regular field visits and identify/communicate with prospective customers.
∎ To lead and motivate Sales teams for achieve the desired result.
∎ Prepare strategic plan to achieve sales target set by the management.
∎ To plan and monitor Sales teams regular activities.
∎ To increase customer database and achieve the sales target.
∎ To visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Develop and introduce sales strategies and marketing plans.
∎ To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
∎ Provide excellent service and ensure clients satisfaction along sales process from planning to closing
∎ Lead the Sales and Marketing team, People development, manpower management and arrangement of necessary training, arrange monthly, quarterly and yearly different sales meetings of respective zone.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
∎ Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Sales and Marketing, Direct Sales, Fast Moving Consumers Goods, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Weight Scale and Scale Parts.
∎ Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
∎ Should have stress management capacity, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive.
∎ Good knowledge of sales process, cycle and the industry.
∎ Proactively seek new business opportunities - prospecting, identifying and establishing solid rapport and clients' relationship.
