∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certificate in Garments Industry Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry, Industrial Engineering, Production, Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set production target, analyze productivity to reach the target.
∎ To give necessary instructions to the Production team to increase production with the quality for each order.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on quality, cutting, sewing and finishing technical issues.
∎ Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality label.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to meet the production & shipment schedule.
∎ Having the clear idea about the quality of garments with technical knowledge to guide the subordinates to take necessary corrective action.
∎ To make the necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
∎ To follow up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ To take an active role to implement factory policy & procedures.
∎ Provide guideline & full phase support to production team through the regular meeting (daily / weekly /monthly).
∎ Collaborate with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem-solving.
∎ Tactfully handles all kind of worker/ labor related issues.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented

Salary: Negotiable
