Educational Requirements:
∎ FCA or FCMA qualified members.
∎ BBA/MBA major in Accounting/Finance from any recognized university/ institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide analytical & operational support for the financial performance of the assigned Business Untits.
∎ Plan, forecast, analyze & review financial/performance data for assigned Business Units.
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
∎ Handle the complete finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, RJSC & other legal issues of the company.
∎ Finalize Accounts, liaise with auditors.
∎ Management of financial queries on daily basis to predict challenges, plug out inefficiencies and advise & guide top-level management for strategic decision making.
∎ Look after periodic return submission, hearing & assessment in Tax & VAT Authority.
∎ Monitor & analyze accounting data & produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Oversee Costing, Fund Management, Investment, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, new project analysis, Cost control, Asset Management of all assigned Business Untits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 12-15 years' experience in A/c & Finance field with at least 5 years of experience in the capacity of GM.
∎ The person should have exposure to accounts finalization, liaising with auditors and management reporting.
∎ Applicant should have experience in Chemical Industry, Manufacturing Companies.
∎ Strong analytical & financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules & regulations related to Company Law, Taxation, VAT & Banking.
∎ Exceptional problem solving, verbal & written communication, presentation & project management skills.
∎ Computer literacy to run simulations and conduct ongoing research.
