• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Social Science (Pass) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• University of Dhaka students will get preference

Operational Oversight:

• Direct and manage all factory operations, including rice milling, oil extraction, and fatty acid production.
• Ensure that all machinery and equipment are maintained and operated efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing production capacity.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality output.

Production Management:

• Supervise production processes, including the milling of rice, extraction of rice bran oil, and production of de-oiled rice bran and fatty acids.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff development and providing training opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues that arise within the team.

Strategic Planning and Improvement:

• Develop and execute strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure the factory operates within its financial targets.
• Manage procurement processes, including the sourcing of raw materials and negotiation with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations related to production, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Prepare and manage reports for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with the Trade Corporation of Bangladesh and other key clients to ensure their needs are met and build strong business relationships.
• Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and logistics providers, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
