Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, mentor, coach and train a team of young fireman responsible for safety of the installation.
∎ Ensuring fire & safety department is working as per requirements of company policy as well as local law.
∎ Conduct safety & firefighting training periodically. Observe strategic assessment of all necessary firefighting equipment and ensure its proper utilization.
∎ Maintain Change Attitude Risk Elimination (CARE) system to minimize RISK of work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Officer from Fire Service & Civil Defense will be given preference.
∎ Having good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Age not over 50 years.
Salary: Negotiable
