∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all the food production activities of C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. (Food Unit - 1)
∎ Ability to design and manage product development process that includes innovation, formulations and packaging concept according to market demand
∎ Ability to plan and develop new/existing product analyzing market survey & competitors
∎ R&D lab management - product development process observation & improvement
∎ Ensure completion of development and commercialization of new product
∎ Able to generate idea of cost savings with different raw materials for existing product
∎ Contribute functional expertise to achieve business objectives
∎ Be able to design and develop formula to meet consumer satisfaction
∎ Cooperation with marketing department and collect the customer satisfaction information from marketing team and analyze to further improvement
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product development team to create marketing communication support according to the product specification
∎ Be able to calculate specifications and other technical documentation so that prototype design can be manufacture and assembled

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
