Job Context:
∎ C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. (Fisheries Unit-1) is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the C. P. Fisheries Unit-1.
∎ Monitor the health of the fish and treat them when appropriate.
∎ Ensure the rearing area for the fish is well maintained and not prone to diseases.
∎ Ensure the water supply is sufficient for the stock.
∎ Be aware of different water management techniques.
∎ Update knowledge of fish health and nutrition.
∎ Have to know the possible diseases and their remedy.
∎ Forecast pay close attention to avoid fish losses.
∎ Manage fish feed cost in such a way so that the production cost of the fish can be lower maintaining product quality.
∎ Maximize the efficiency of the whole business system through constant liaison & communication with the respective Institute and government body.
∎ Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Collect and record growth, production, and environmental data and report on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain day to day standard quality and nutrition, check feed quality and advice formula considering season.
∎ Having good organizational skills to distribute work to employees and maintaining timetables.
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Feed/Farm/Seed/GM).
∎ Agro Company Fisheries Farm overall management.
Salary: Negotiable
