  • Should have the positive mentality and impression to take more responsibility aligned with the department, if required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:

The company started business operation in Bangladesh since 1998 as a 100% foreign investment. We have expanded our business in different location in Bangladesh, that's why looking for the competent, experienced individuals for its different departments (i.e. Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Poultry, Dairy & Cattle, Food, Farm, Hatchery, Feed Mill, IT, Purchase, Production, Sales & Marketing and Accounts):

Job Responsibilities: Responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Feed Mill Unit – 1)

  • Look after the feed electrical management & technical Service, feed production, cost control.
  • All aspects of the mill's power supply. This includes the high-voltage substation, main switch gear, transformers, and the entire power distribution network that feeds electricity to every machine in the feed mill.
  • Manage and optimise energy consumption. Feed mills are extremely power-intensive, with large motors on equipment and identify opportunities for energy savings.
  • Manage the integrity and functionality of systems of Feed Mill, which control everything from ingredient batching and mixing to pelleting parameters.
  • The care and maintenance of all motors and their associated drives of Feed Mill. This includes monitoring their health, ensuring they are properly sized for the application, and managing their replacement or repair.
  • All aspects of the feed mill's power supply. High-voltage substation, main switch gear, transformers and the entire power distribution network that feeds electricity to every machine in the mill.
  • Feed waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs, growth management.
  • Implement and monitor power control measures throughout the production process to ensure high standards for animal feed.
  • Assist in the training and on boarding of new production staff.


Job Other Benifits:

    Consulate USD: 6,000.00 (Monthly)

    Basic USD: 5,500.00, House Rent USD: 333.00,

    Conveyance Allowance USD: 42.00, Medical Allowance USD: 125.00

    Festival Bonus: 2
