∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd. (Feed Mill Unit- 3)
∎ Lead the CSR activities to sustainability.
∎ Coaching and counseling management and employees regarding employee relation issues, policies, procedures, benefits and programs.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
∎ Able to generate idea of cost savings in to the factory & office administration.
∎ Contribute functional expertise to achieve business objectives
∎ Be able to design and develop management formula to meet consumer satisfaction.
∎ Should have animal feed product production management, plant operate & control & cost saving.
∎ Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
∎ Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
∎ Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
∎ Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally.
∎ Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with HOD personnel for inquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the business.
∎ Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization with different department.
