Job Context:
∎ C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. (Farm Unit-37) is subsidiary concern of C.P. Group of Thailand.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the Farm Unit-37
∎ Planning and monitoring poultry production.
∎ Doing their daily tasks such as feeding and maintaining the equipment.
∎ Identifying disease and its treatment.
∎ Maintaining and preparing daily report.
∎ To oversee overall farm management such as: production, people management; litter control; bio-security control; make feed and medicine balance.
∎ Managing the daily farm operations to meet targets.
∎ Increase production efficiency and reduces any losses and accident.
∎ To reduce production costs by using maximum honesty and afford.
∎ To manage the crisis situation as and when arise in terms of farm operations in line with the business.
∎ Ensure the farm is running well in line with the corporate vision of CPB.
∎ Liaise with local govt. authority and other relevant bodies regularly to ensure smooth operation of the business.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
