∎ Lead the business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve targets.
∎ Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized logistics solutions.
∎ Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of high-value accounts and long-term contracts.
∎ Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and reports to senior management.
