Job Responsibilities:
∎ General Manager Business Development is responsible for planning and implementing Sales, Marketing & Product Development strategies and operations, both short term and long term, targeting existing and new market by performing all required initiatives maintaining compliances of company.
∎ Achieving Sales and Marketing operational objectives by contributing sales and marketing information and recommendations top strategic plan and reviews; preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determine system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Meeting Sales and Marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiative correction actions.
∎ Accomplishing sales and Marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating, advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs and developing sales action plan.
∎ Improve product/services marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and coordinating new product development.
∎ Monitoring overall sales and marketing activities and ensuring everything is going on rightly according to the plan. Making corrections /updating of any process if needed, which should be aligned with business plan.
∎ Recommending changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provides the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
∎ Providing information to management by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and market trends.
∎ Liaison with outside business associates/agencies, regulatory bodies, media houses and any other stake holders for AHD business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 18-20 years of experience in related area in a commercial/sells functions in similar industries only.
