∎ -BBA & MBA in Marketing or related field from reputed institution
∎ • Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ -Minimum 10– 12 years of experience
∎ -Proven 3- 4 years of work experience in service/product marketing
∎ • Key Skills:
∎ -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ -Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating brand or service planning, & creative development process, lead campaign executions for assigned portfolio. The Incumbent will also be responsible for managing multiple creative briefs, project management, production management etc. at the same time. For bStudio to function with a very small team, there is a pressing need to onboard an experienced employee who can contribute to efficient project management and alleviate the current challenges.Service Marketing
∎ • Manage service marketing strategy and communication brief alignment with Head of Brand
∎ • Supervise communication briefs for assigned portfolio from all different internal and external stakeholders
∎ • Coordinate with concerned departments, In-House creative team, Digital Communications, External
∎ design/material/content
∎ Manage and supervise external creative agencies, directors, producers, artist and models of bKash for assigned portfolio
∎ • Project management for entire bStudio & work as the key contact point for all marketing pillars and other stakeholders in & out side of bKash
∎ • Supervise production process for all pillars and on time delivery
∎ • Proactive engagement with stakeholders to improve existing services, in order to drive excellence in creative delivery
∎ • Drive the right briefs for all stakeholders, mainly strategy, creative and delivery teams
∎ • Take ownership of the quality of creative responses in conjunction with Creative Head
∎ • Oversee project briefings (both written and actual briefing) and provide creative judgement
∎ • Develop strong working relationships to ensure that once briefed the campaign/project moves forward smoothly
