Job Context:
∎ AM Auto Bricks Limited is a unit of the Abdul Monem group which was established in the year of 2011. It is located at near of Meghna Ghat (South), Choto Raypara, Gazaria, Munshigonj. It is producing and delivering Auto Bricks only.
∎ The incumbent will look after overall Factory Operation, Production, Maintenance and Sales & Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the overall Factory Operations, Production, Maintenance and Sales & Marketing of AM Auto Bricks.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing & running optimum day to day operations of the factory/plant to meet budget targets.
∎ Ensuring the production quality as required for customer satisfaction and company expectation.
∎ Time to time communication with the SCM/Procurement team for retained materials and other aspects.
∎ Develop the systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Ensuring the availability & storage of quality raw materials in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Ensuring the good condition of machinery and vehicles and maintenance in proper and timely manner and reducing unnecessary maintenance cost.
∎ Develop and execute Sales & Marketing plans and programs, both short and long term for ensuring sustainable profit and volume growth of company products.
∎ Effectively implement sales, promotional and advertising programs as specified and assigned for designated channels.
∎ Identifying opportunities for promoting sales by meeting new clients, forecasting & determining strategies for achieving sales target through Sales Planning.
∎ Frequent Market visit, Negotiation & Rate Confirmation with clients.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify new clients for growing the business along with increase sales volume.
∎ Creating a good working environment at the factory/plant.
∎ Allocating resources effectively and fully utilizing the resources to produce optimum results and ensuring efficiency.
∎ Ensuring the safety and security of production and the factory premises.
