Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Gender and Inclusive Transformation Architect (GIA) for an anticipated NEET EARN project, the mission is to serve as the visionary architect of a transformative initiative. This position is contingent upon the award of the project by the donor. The position description may be revised based on updated information from the donor. It is a central role of this position is to design, oversee, and support inclusive programs that cater to the unique needs of marginalized communities, with a special focus on women and persons with disabilities. S/He is responsible for developing replicable capacity assessment tools and mechanisms, conducting capacity development for consortium skills partners, and fostering collaboration through a gender working group.

∎ Working in tandem with the Research and Monitoring Lead, S/He will design monitoring tools to track gender transformative changes within the community. Her/His work extends to crafting gender-transformative community interventions and managing a team of specialists. Additionally, your adept budget management skills are crucial to overseeing a substantial budget and ensuring the effective utilization of resources.
∎ In summary, the role of the GIA is pivotal in realizing Plan International's mission to promote children's rights and gender equality in the context of marginalized communities, particularly in Bangladesh, by fostering lasting social change and empowerment among NEET youth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles for international development projects, with a proven track record of project management and strategic planning, specifically in the context of inclusive development. S/he should also have proven experience in strategic leadership roles, with a track record of formulating and executing ambitious visions in the realm of gender equality and social inclusion. Also, extensive project management expertise, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management in the context of inclusive development projects. S/he should have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to foster partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, particularly those focused on gender and social inclusion. Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative strategies to drive transformative change with a focus on marginalized communities. Should have Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external communication with an emphasis on inclusive language and messaging. Also, experience in providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes gender equality and social inclusion.
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 203,712.00 to Tk. 254,640.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage along with Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
