Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for dynamic personality with excellent understanding of gender issues in development and humanitarian programming, including key challenges and approaches to mainstreaming gender into program design and management.
∎ The person needs to have the ability to develop program design documents - including strong appreciation of theories of change (logic models, log-frames), contextual analyses (e.g. power, gender, and conflict), budgets, MEAL plans.
