Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in social sciences, gender studies, public health, social work, humanities, law or other related discipline.
∎ Minimum 3 years' work experience of GBV in emergencies, protection, and gender programing.
∎ Experience of supervising field staff required.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Staff management and supervision
∎ Function as hands-on supervisor for daily case management and psychosocial activities.
∎ Supervise and provide support to the WGSS Facilitators on all daily activities in the WGSS and PSS/recreational activities, and regularly co-facilitate daily activities.
∎ Supervise, train and provide on-going support, guidance and mentoring to the Case Workers on ensuring the highest quality case management in is provided and meets quality standards that are in line with GBV IASC guidelines, principles and best practices.
∎ Support staff recruitment, orientation and training in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.
∎ Mentor, recommend, develop and implement capacity building/development plan for staff based on documented capacity needs assessment.
∎ Hold regular planning and debriefing sessions with team members at community based safe spaces.
∎ Foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programing.
∎ WGSS based Case Management and PSS
∎ Provide case management services through a survivor centred approach that ensures the client's wishes are respect, and their safety and confidentiality are preserved at all times through the case management process.
∎ Initiate, oversee and ensure proper use of the referral pathway in the provision of case management services and foster key service provider relationships, acting as the focal point for the appointed WGSS[s].
∎ Participate in the development of the case management and Psychosocial Support (PSS) tools and resources, GBV information materials, and PSS activities women and girls in target communities, and support their implementation.
∎ Lead weekly case review meetings with case workers in WGSS and case conferencing meetings on as needed basis to troubleshoot more complex cases and ensure best support for the client.
∎ Advocate on behalf of beneficiaries with GBV service providers and other organizations to ensure effective referrals and increased access to services for clients in accordance with their wishes.
∎ Work closely, hand-in-hand with the Prevention Officer on all Outreach activities.
∎ Maintain collaborative relationships with all NGOs, UN and government agencies and the camp level protection sector to facilitate effective referral pathways and joint activities.
∎ Reporting and documentation-
∎ Oversee data collection through GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS) and activity M&E tools and systems, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and GBV best practice principles.
∎ Ensure all WGSS documents and M&E trackers are accurately filled out, organised and stored safely, maintain accurate records at all times.
∎ Monitor data collection to ensure that staff collect data in safe and ethical ways.
∎ Review and ensure all Case Management files are accurately filled out and completed in a timely manner and safely stored according to confidentiality guiding principles.
∎ Complete weekly and monthly activity reports and develop and maintain work plans to achieve activities with support from SPO.
∎ Organize and participate in frequent and regular monitoring visits including with donors.
∎ Support project review/learning workshops in coordination with MEAL team.
∎ Perform all other duties, as needed or requested by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Strong knowledge of IASC GBV Guidelines and Gender Handbook, Humanitarian Principles, IASC Protection, GBV and CP minimum standards and guidelines.
∎ Strong understanding of case management principles, procedures, and practices, psychosocial support and life skills programing to promote survivor healing and recovery.
∎ Knowledgeable about GBV, crisis intervention, counselling skills and techniques.
∎ Must be comfortable to attend and facilitate internal/external meetings, representing GBV issues.
∎ Practical field experience working in camps or spontaneous/informal/makeshift settlements required.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in team setting.
∎ Strong ability to organise work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritise work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and staff management skills, problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility.
∎ Ability to communicate sensitively and without judgment; good diplomatic and persuasion skills.
∎ Ability to use good judgment when making decisions and to take accountability for decisions made.
∎ Emotional maturity and stability to resolve conflicts in non-violent way and maintain appropriate boundaries.
∎ Good interpersonal skills including ability to gain trust and build relationships.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks; proven self-initiative and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Good report writing skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong computer skills on MS word, Excel.
∎ GBVIMS experience high advantage.
∎ REQUIRED: Fluent communication skills in both verbal and written Bangla, Rohingya/Chitagonian. English advantage.
∎ Strong belief in and commitment to human rights and gender equality.
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 48000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision.
