Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation inGender Justice, Development Studies, International Relations, Social Science and/or relevant subjects from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will play the key role of a GBV case worker for the activities including but not limited to the following task:
∎ GBV Case management (case received, assessment , prepare case action plan, case referred to other service providers ,case follow up, case closure and keep record )
∎ Conduct awareness raising sessions at center and camp level.
∎ Coordinate with service providers for very sensitive and confidential services like legal service, psychosocial support etc.
∎ Maintain case records according to ethical and safety standards.
∎ GBV – IMS /Incident Recorder.
∎ Ensure the referral pathway established at the camp level is well functioning, identify the gaps and address them in close coordination with Referral focal points (Protection, Child Protection, CP, MHPSS ,CWC and GBV) and all relevant actors in the camp.
∎ Submit the daily reports and updates to Supervisor
∎ Any other relevant activities as per the program requirement and full JD

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) in relevant experience in emergency response/humanitarian field
∎ Minimum 2years work experience inemergency response/humanitarian field withI/NGOs and UN agencies
∎ Strong communication and analytical report writing skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in office management, excel, PowerPoint, Internet Tools
∎ Negotiation skills, motivational skills, team building skills are required
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multitask and maintain deadlines
