Job Context:
∎ Reports to : Protection Manager
∎ Position Summary: As a GBV coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all gender-based violence (GBV) under UNHCR funding and collaborate with GBV activities integrated into primary health care under ECHO funding. You will provide guidance on WGFS management, GBV community-based protection and supervise GBV case management with close collaborate to GBVIMS senior officer and psychologists. You will lead and facilitate protection and GBV mainstreaming into health services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee delivery of the project objectives, specifically;
∎ Provide guidance on WGFS management and GBV community-based protection, monitoring, evaluate and quality control of overall RI WGFS
∎ Quality control of RI GBV case management supervision including capacity building to all GBV case management staffs and volunteers
∎ conduct training on protection and GBV mainstreaming to RI health staffs, government health staffs and community health workers
∎ conduct training on GBV active screening tools to RI health staffs, government health staffs and community health workers
∎ Support the timely delivery of program activities (for example, monitoring against log frames and work plans)
∎ Develop monthly work plans in advance and present to the Protection Manager
∎ Overseeing GBV case management services and ensure multi-sectoral services and survivor centre approaching
∎ Supervise, support and ensure quality of staff well-being for GBV case management supervisors
∎ Fully support of GBVIMS+ implementation
∎ Create opportunity for capacity enhancement to GBV staffs and volunteers

∎ Reporting to protection manager
∎ Ensure written reports are in the highest quality and completed in a timely manner
∎ Collect an protection monitoring information including GBV camp security audit

∎ Coordination
∎ Produce 5W report to GBVSS by collaborate with SGBV manager and GBV case management staffs.
∎ Represent Relief International at relevant sector meetings/trainings requested by the Program Manager.
∎ Contribute knowledge and skill to GBVSS, GBV case management taskforce and GBV assessment taskforce
∎ Closely work with Protect Manager, GBVIMS senior officer and psychologist
∎ Close collaborate with RI protection team, health team and other RI program
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by Protection Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ One-year experience in manage GBV program and GBV case management in refugee context with INGO or renowned local NGO
∎ Remarkable knowledge and skill in CM supervision (Preferable)
∎ Able to provide training in Case Management and/or Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in humanitarian context
∎ In-depth understanding of protection mainstreaming and gender mainstreaming
∎ Must adhere to GBV Core Guiding Principles and international humanitarian principles and standards for GBViE
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Strong background and skills in facilitating trainings, coaching and mentoring others
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English
∎ Enthusiasm to learn
∎ Optimistic and friendly
∎ Flexibility
