Job Context:
∎ POSITION CODE: SEP2019-GBV Case Worker
∎ Position Summary: As GBV Case Worker, you will be responsible for provide GBV case management response to GBV survivor, arrange confidential filing system and case management data system.
∎ Position directly supervises: No
∎ The position is based in Ukhiya.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Budget responsibility: N/A
∎ 1. GBV case response
∎ Receive cases, classified and register
∎ Conducted initial assessment, ensure safety of survivor and arrange the services with respect individual dignity and confidentiality
∎ Uphold the survivor's centre approaching
∎ Appropriated and ethical referral survivor to services provider
∎ 2. Maintain confidential of case filing system
∎ Ensure all cases information be kept in highest confidential
∎ Ensure safety of cases information sharing
∎ Maintain all cases filing in locked system
∎ 3. Awareness raising campaign
∎ Support RI to conduct awareness session on GBV
∎ Support RI in all events within protection program
∎ 4. Monitoring, assessment and evaluation
∎ Support RI monitoring, assessment and evaluation activities which including KII, survey, FGD, ...etc
∎ Support camp security audit
∎ 5. Reporting
∎ Provide bi-weekly report to GBV case management officer
∎ Support information as requirement from supervisor and manager which not breach the data information management principle
∎ 6. Coordinate with protection program colleagues and other RI program, HR, finance and operation.
∎ 7. Represent RI in meeting which is conduct in filed as requirement by supervisor or manager
∎ 8. Any other responsibilities as requested by the Protection Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work Experience: Experienced working with refugee
∎ Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
∎ Experienced working in GBV preferable
∎ Must adhere to GBV Core Guiding Principles and international humanitarian principles and standards for GBVIE
∎ Cultural awareness and sensitivity, prior experience in Rohingya camps is preferable
∎ Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English
∎ Enthusiasm to learn
∎ Optimistic and friendly
∎ Flexibility
