Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technically sound in Woven tops products especially Women's-wear tops.
∎ Able to understand buyer's comments and communicate it to the respective teams for required changes.
∎ Communicate with buying QCs and Technician to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
∎ Evaluate fit/ size set sample, quality sample, PP production sample etc. based on customer standard.
∎ Good understanding of Patterns, Fittings & Sample procedures.
∎ Examine Sketches, sample articles and design specifications to determine shapes and sizes of pattern parts.
∎ Strengthen cooperation with Quality Assurance team and Merchandising team in order to secure best construction methods for bulk production.
∎ Supporting the Technical Team in regular activities of the department.
∎ Resolve technical issues on the floor to ensure production flow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Sound knowledge of garment production methods, sample room handling and sewing technical part.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
