Responsibilities & Context:
Product Development & Sampling
- Interpret design sketches, tech packs, and specifications.
- Develop prototypes, samples, and size sets as per buyer requirements.
- Ensure patterns and construction methods meet brand standards.
Technical Documentation
- Prepare and update tech packs, measurement charts, construction details, and BOM.
- Maintain accurate records of sample comments and revisions.
Fit & Measurement
- Conduct fit sessions with models or fit mannequins.
- Analyze sample measurements, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure garment balance, drape, and silhouette are accurate.
