Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Strong English speaking and writing ability with good technical knowledge will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training in similar field
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Inspection

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Buying House
Job Context:
∎ To support the garment technical and quality functions of the company ( from sampling through to final inspection ) in Bangladesh.
∎ To manage the factory garment technologists in their samples evaluation work, coordinating with the local factories and the UK & HK technical teams.
∎ Working closely with the merchandising team to ensure that key dates for sampling and inspection are maintained as per company & customers expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven and successful track record at the same work
∎ Very strong technical skills in outerwear and jersey garments ( fabric technical knowledge & garment construction skills essential )
∎ Strong problem solving and judgement skills
∎ Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Very good ability to be able to translate technical information to non-technical people
∎ Experience and ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and multi-national organization
∎ Extensive knowledge about the garment production process in factories from sampling until shipment
∎ Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good PC knowledge (Windows XP, Word, Excel)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 years experience in the garment technical & quality management areas, working in garment factories / suppliers / brands.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
