• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidate should be very smart and good in English since person may need to communicate with our UK colleagues.

• University graduate with good communication skills will be give preference.

• To receive all the development samples made by factories in our Dhaka office, that will be sent to  our UK Design team. 

• To check and record all the details for all the samples received and book this information onto our company system. 

• The detailed checks include -  Reeling check, sample colour check, sample card preparation, trims items check, ensuring that all the key design points for each garment have been followed, scanning all information, taking & uploading sample photos on mannequins   

• Any samples that do not meet the standards required need to be discussed with the factory for rectification , and where necessary communicated with the UK design team. 

• There are also regular sample admin tasks that need to be completed – eg following up for yarn /fabric / trims items for samples as and when the Senior Merchandiser for Development samples requires this to be done. 

• Following up any wearer trials samples that our UK Technical team have requested
