Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report routine maintenance needs, unusual wear, or repairs needed on the above mentioned equipment to the shift supervisor.
∎ Provide training to new employees and lesser skilled employees when the time arises for them to learn the Production Technician position.
∎ Maintenance and repairs on quilting and other sewing machines and all types sewing machines including overlock, chain stitch, and lockstitch.
∎ Perform tasks to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
∎ Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
∎ Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
∎ Mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
∎ Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts, test and adjust.
∎ Regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
∎ Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
∎ Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meter, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
∎ Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
∎ Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
∎ Operate multiple pieces of production equipment, i.e. batching mixers, pellet mill, Packaging lines and micro dosing system.
∎ Obtain and review mixing records and printouts, set up machine properly according to mixing record and operating procedures. Insure that finished product is mixed, and packaged in proper bags and tags according to mixing record.
∎ Ensure equipment is weighing properly by following the company's established quality assurance procedures.
∎ Sample all runs in accordance with established procedures. Inspect equipment for hazards, shields out of place, etc.
∎ Properly manufacture all runs in less than or equal to the targeted hours on the schedule.
∎ Keep work area and storage locations clean, well swept and neat in appearance at all times.
∎ Follow all established plant safety rules, including but not limited to, wearing proper clothing, eye protection, ear protection, and respiratory equipment.
∎ Notify supervisor immediately of problems, i.e., short or long bag run weights, contamination, color variations, etc.
∎ Stack and identify packaged products on a quality pallet according to standard procedures.
∎ Properly complete mixing record, and sign as required.
∎ Follow all guidelines for refurbishing set by the Quality Assurance department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Quality Inspection in Lingerie Garments.
∎ Minimum 03 years experience in Lingerie Garments.
∎ Having experience in Largest Lingerie factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
∎ Should have strong communication skill in English.
∎ Having good knowledge on computer operating.
