Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineer with Fabric or Garments Manufacturing Major

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have equal knowledge of Garment Manufacturing, Merchandising as well as Fabric. He should have wash Quality Assurance Knowledge.
∎ Researching and sourcing new synthetic fibers and fabrics
∎ Knowledge about fibers, yarns, and fabrics testing (like strength, color fastness, crease, pH, Listing, shade variation etc.)
∎ Have to find out the root cause for problematic final garments.
∎ Should have sewing and washing Ideas according to the base of fabric construction and wash type.
∎ working with designers to make sure garment design is suitable for production.
∎ working with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up samples
∎ checking and approving sample garments and making any changes needed, including correcting faults
∎ making sure garments can be produced within budget.
∎ visiting clothing factories to check on the process and advise the responsible person.
∎ making sure garments are delivered on time and in good condition and ensuring customer satisfaction.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
