Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain financial objectives by achieving sales target, basket size, basket value, conversion ratio, and average sales price & NFT business
∎ Improve sales efficiency of outlet staffs through coaching, counseling, and maintaining discipline; planning, monitoring, and setting staff KPIs
∎ Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming outlet environment and provide "wow" customer service
∎ Comply with retail and VM standards of the outlet to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for customers
∎ Ensure product quality, ordering, availability, merchandise, stock, and cash management
∎ Supervise outlet cashier to perform all financial activities at the outlet
∎ Accomplish outlet maintenance tasks (admin, security & general) in coordination with the relevant departments
∎ Prepare business reports to analyze work areas and future developments as per the requirements
Additional Requirements:

∎ Strong communication & inter-personal skills.
