Job Context:
∎ To achieve the sales target, the country`s most renowned electronics distributor Walton Plaza (st.), is looking for dynamic and self-motivated candidates for Sales Team.
∎ This is a trainee position.
∎ After Completing the training program, he / she will be assigned as a Branch Manager of any Walton Plaza (St.).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure a strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ Enhancing showroom operational activities, and customer convincing skill development of sales executives.
∎ Performing showroom-level support functions including customer service scheduling day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Create sub-dealers for plaza (St.) to increase the sales volume.
∎ To operate customized software for maintaining plaza (St.) operation.
∎ Maintaining all documents & records correctly and daily basis.
∎ Manage crisis Situations.
∎ Optimizing workforce for service excellence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must be proficient in motorcycling with a valid license.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Good Leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
∎ Capable to operate outlook, Microsoft office, e-communication and internet browsing.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary with an incentive package will provide to deserving candidates.
Salary will revise yearly based on performance.
