Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in English/Master of Public Health

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead on the development/review and implementation of the organizational fundraising strategy, working with the Executive Director and Senior Management Team to develop a sustainable and diverse funding base. It will focus on different grant fundraising and identifying corporate funding opportunities and innovations for generating core/unrestricted funding.
∎ Support the development of quality proposals to grant-making bodies, both nationally and internationally.
∎ Review concept notes and proposals including budgets and planning tools, such as logical frameworks, to ensure they meet donor criteria and are consistent with narrative proposals.
∎ Support national and international partners to identify and respond to relevant funding opportunities for CIPRB's programmes, with emphasis on global drowning and water safety - where appropriate, support the development of joint funding proposals, as required.
∎ To provide secretarial support to the Executive Director.
∎ To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Executive Director's meetings and any other relevant meetings.
∎ To communicate with concerned government and private agencies, higher officials, business partners etc.
∎ To attend to guests and visitors, organizing meetings and preparing ppt presentation for the Executive Director.
∎ To maintain a proper filing system and proper record keeping of information for the Executive Committee-Members and Executive Director.
∎ To document all correspondence and files of Programmes and research projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of experience as a Fundraising cum public relation officer or in a similar position

Salary:
∎ Consolidated monthly salary is Tk.40,000 (Including taxes),. Negotiable
