Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Proven experience as a Full-Stack Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing design and development projects.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
∎ Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
∎ Familiarity with back-end development and databases is a plus.
∎ Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop responsive and visually appealing web interfaces.
∎ Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
∎ Collaborate with the development team to implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies.
∎ Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) across various platforms.
∎ Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
∎ Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
