∎ 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development (front-end + backend)
∎ Proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile apps
∎ Experience building APIs and backend logic with Node.js
∎ Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL
∎ Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
∎ Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
∎ Must be able to communicate clearly in English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent)
∎ Experience with AI integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face)
∎ Familiarity with Paid Memberships Pro, Stripe, or affiliate networks
∎ Understanding of basic DevOps (e.g. GitHub Actions, server configuration)
∎ Passion for mental health, wellness, or mission-driven work

∎ Maintain and extend our WordPress website (custom themes, plugins, APIs)
∎ Build and iterate on our React Native mobile app (iOS + Android)
∎ Develop backend services using Node.js, integrating AI workflows and user data
∎ Collaborate with the founding team on product direction and features
∎ Optimize site/app performance, security, and scalability
∎ Support integrations (e.g. Stripe, Calendly, CRM, affiliate tracking)
∎ Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation
